Igen Connexions Social Media Campaign

Igen required a social media campaign to promote the various connections Open Days. In the past, these had been difficult for them to plan, organise and implement. Aspire Creative developed a full social media plan enabling the client to launch the campaign and implement it through internal resource. Each member of the Igen team received training in the technical aspects of all social media channels, enabling them to run their own campaign. We also ensured that the team understood and had guidelines for other essential elements of building a social media campaign such as the tone of voice required for posts.

Result:

Uptake was improved by 500% in comparison to previous campaigns. The training and ‘knowledge transfer’ of the social media skills enabled the client team to become more proficient in all aspects of social media – benefits which are still providing ongoing advantages for the entire organisation.
